Music is everywhere and it should be widespread in schools within and beyond the curriculum. Music has great potential to bring the wider curriculum to life and draw children into learning. Nevertheless, we need to remember that using music through the curriculum is not the same as offering a music education and that both are important in offering a high quality education for all children.
