Learn the fundamentals of safeguarding for musicians working with children or vulnerable adults. Find out about the legal background, examples of good safeguarding practice, how to access a criminal record check, and a guide to the ISM’s safeguarding requirements.

This free, one-hour webinar will be presented by Stuart Darke, ISM Director of Legal Services.

About the presenter

Stuart oversees the work of the ISM's specialist in-house legal team. After graduating from the London School of Economics with a degree in Government and Economics, Stuart went on to train as a barrister. He worked as a civil servant and as an official for a teachers’ trade union before joining the ISM.
